Governance & Controls

Institutional Control Architecture

ERX Wealth Partners operates with an institutional control architecture designed to support separation of duties, independent custody, written supervisory policies and procedures, and a formal review cadence.

Client assets are held at independent qualified custodians and titled directly to the client. ERX Wealth Partners does not custody client assets. This structural separation is designed to support transparency and client ownership.

ERX maintains written policies and procedures for decision approval, implementation practices, and ongoing supervisory review. These policies and procedures are designed to support consistent execution, documentation, and an auditable process.

ERX Wealth Partners is not affiliated with any proprietary product platform. Where lending or banking services are involved, such services are provided by third parties, subject to eligibility and approval. Recommendations are made in a fiduciary capacity and are intended to be aligned with client objectives.
