Michael's career has spanned three environments where preparation, accountability, and deliberate decision-making matter most. He began at Merrill Lynch in public finance, where he learned the discipline of institutional capital. He went on to sign an NFL contract with the Philadelphia Eagles, where preparation and the cost of decisions made under pressure are measured in real time. He later served on the Florida Medical Association Board of Governors, where he came to understand the operating realities of the physicians and medical enterprises he serves today through an integrated physician wealth strategy.

The through-line is a prepared, disciplined standard for decisions that carry real consequence.

At ERX Wealth Partners, Michael works with physicians, healthcare leaders, business owners, and multigenerational families to coordinate complex planning decisions across investment policy, tax strategy, entity planning, estate planning, and risk management. His role is to help structure, sequence, and coordinate core decisions that are too often addressed in isolation — working alongside clients' attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors.
