Michael A. Giongo serves as ERX Wealth Partners’ Head of Operations & Systems Architecture. He is responsible for the firm’s internal operating model that supports ERX’s advisory leadership—how complex work is structured, sequenced, documented, and governed across entities, institutions, and professionals. His role is internal by design; he is not client-facing and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

Background

Michael brings enterprise systems experience from SAP, where he worked as a data engineer and sales operations strategist in direct partnership with executive leadership, translating strategic direction into scalable operating processes and decision-support frameworks. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Ursinus College and brings a technical foundation in analytics, Python-driven workflow design, and systems modeling. His background also includes applying systems thinking in elite performance environments through strategic and analytical work connected to multiple NFL organizations, as well as leading AI-driven product and workflow automation initiatives for a Fortune 100 company.
