Michael A. Giongo leads ERX’s internal operating model—how the firm structures work, maintains standards, and scales execution.

He oversees documentation discipline, workflow governance, systems integration, and operational controls across entities, institutions, and external professionals.

His role is operational by design. He is not client-facing and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

Background

Michael brings enterprise systems experience from SAP, working in data engineering and sales operations strategy. He served in a role supporting the executive office, translating strategic priorities into scalable process and decision-support infrastructure.

He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Ursinus College, with a foundation in analytics, systems modeling, and operational automation.
