I’m Mike Giongo, Founder, President & CEO. After more than 25 years advising physicians, founders, and complex enterprises, I’ve observed a consistent pattern: decision-making becomes more effective when it is organized within a defined framework—supported by documentation, coordinated execution, and ongoing review.

NEXGEN was built to bring that structure to risk and benefits—transforming disconnected coverage decisions into a disciplined operating standard.
