It all began on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, where I built and expanded a national portfolio of public finance entities, gaining invaluable insight into growth strategies, capital markets, and institutional finance.

As the leader of a high-performing team, I advised C-suite executives and corporate officers on wealth structuring, tax optimization, and investment strategies—helping them navigate mergers, acquisitions, and complex equity compensation plans.

These formative years, enhanced by advanced training through the Merrill Lynch Professional Development Program and the School of Advanced Financial Management, sharpened my expertise in delivering customized solutions that address high-stakes financial challenges with precision and clarity.

Through it all, one fundamental truth became clear: Most wealth isn’t lost in earning—it’s lost in inefficient structuring.

Whether helping clients structure their wealth or guiding broader audiences through economic shifts, my focus remains the same: empowering people to make informed choices with confidence.

Advocacy has always been at the heart of my professional journey, shaping my commitment to creating meaningful change in the areas that matter most.

Serving on the Board of Governors for the Florida Medical Association reflects my dedication to this mission. The FMA’s purpose—"Helping Physicians Practice Medicine"—aligns deeply with my belief in championing the needs of physicians and their patients.

Through this role, I have worked to amplify the voices of medical professionals, address critical healthcare challenges, and advocate for solutions that strengthen the future of medicine. Because when physicians can focus on their expertise, entire communities benefit.

Autism at Work: Turning Personal Commitment into Meaningful Change

Some of the most meaningful commitments are born from personal experiences that inspire action.

My passion for advocacy extends to supporting and empowering autistic and neurodivergent individuals. This commitment is deeply personal, shaped by the profound ways autism has touched my own family.

I believe that neurodivergent individuals bring unique talents, perspectives, and innovations to the world. My goal is to help create opportunities that champion their strengths, foster inclusivity, and enable them to make meaningful contributions—not just in the workplace, but in their communities and beyond.

Syracuse: Lessons in Resilience and Discipline

The most valuable lessons in life often come from challenges that test our strength and character. Resilience and discipline have been defining forces in my journey. While earning an athletic scholarship at Syracuse University, I was faced with the immense challenge of balancing the demands of academics and athletics while caring for my mother as she battled end-stage renal failure. This experience taught me perseverance under pressure, strengthened my sense of responsibility, and deepened my compassion for others. These qualities have become the foundation of my leadership—driving my commitment to excellence in everything I do.

Philadelphia Eagles: A Testament to Discipline and Determination

Some milestones transcend personal achievement, serving as lifelong reminders of what dedication and perseverance can accomplish.

Signing an NFL contract with the Philadelphia Eagles was the realization of a lifelong dream—one that continues to shape both my professional and personal journey. It stands as a testament to the power of discipline, focus, and relentless effort—principles that have guided me in every challenge and opportunity since.

NFLPA & NFL Alumni: Giving Back Beyond the Game

Commitment to community doesn’t end when the game does—it evolves, creating opportunities to give back, support others, and make a lasting impact. My ongoing involvement with the NFL Players Association and NFL Alumni underscores my dedication to helping former athletes navigate life transitions, access resources, and build fulfilling futures beyond football. Advocacy, mentorship, and financial education remain at the core of this work, ensuring that players can successfully transition from the field to their next chapter

Home: Rooted in Family and Purpose

Today, I reside in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with my family and our beloved Pit Bull, Winnie G. I cherish the simple joys of life—building memories, exploring new experiences, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.
